Problems with audio tracks missing from export

I've got a few sound clips that are missing from my MPEG2 export. I have 11 audio channels just full of stuff and somethings on a channel make it through yet others don't.

Any ideas? Could this be an export setting or something done in the timeline? As far as I can tell the missing audio is set up the same as the ones that made it through to the export.
