Problems on youtube? Has anyone experienced this? Ever?

I have never had this problem EVER. But Youtube is blowing up my video twice the size that it should be in the normal Youtube Player.

I have uploaded using a wide variety of different outputs and all of them end up like this.

It looks completely fine while it is processing and then BAM once it is done, it's blown up. I filed a report with Youtube, but we all know that it probably won't get answered...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you aware that you can select different size viewing windows by selecting various resolutions? The window on the right says 720P, on the left it does not.
At one time you hit an "HD" icon to do this, now it has changed.

That shouldn't matter. Here's one of my other video's exported the exact same way. And you can click 720P without having to change the window size.

Are those two arrows selectable that point to the right and down (next to the 720p)? They scale up or down the this size of the video in the browser window.

try and export the video without the black lines... Youtube should be able to put the lines in automatically,

I have a feeling it is cutting out the black lines, something in that realm of things

Now that I look again and see what the OP is actually talking about, this does seem to be what it is. It looks like YouTube is cropping the image to remove the black bars, but has to crop half the image to maintain the aspect ratio.

Thts the word, cropping.

Turns out that's the answer. :) But, it doesn't make sense that it would do this now...for the last couple of years I have been exporting all of the videos that have 2:35:1 aspect ratio 16X9.

Guess it doesn't matter...haha. Thanks guys.
