Problems in Veg 5 ChromaKey

I have a short video clip about 5-10 seconds of a friend of mine's face on a green screen. Im trying to chromakey the canadian flag in behind him and it works but progressively as the clip goes on the chromakey fades and inverts itself. I have no idea what the hell the problem with it is. If anyone can help me out or let me know please do!

Sounds like you may have been messing around and set a keyframe. Check the timeline in the Chromakey editor dialogue box.
