Problems getting cinema tools to work.

So let's say I dump a couple clips of footage from my DVX to FCP. I then goto run cinema tools reverse telecine. Usually the first time I run it on a clip directly after dumping it from my DVX it will run and work, but then when I select the 2nd clip and run it it does absolutely nothing.

I also can't find a way to open cinema tools, like some sort of window that has options on it or any sort of graphical window that let's me mess with stuff.

Any idea why it usually doesn't do anything when I click reverse telecine?

I shot in 24pa and brought it in at 29.97.

I'm getting interlacing about one frame out of every five, reverse telecine is supposed to fix this right? It seems to fix it on the ones that it will run on.
