Hi,
I shot some footage with the Panasonic DVX-100B and imported it sucessfully into iMovie on the Mac.
What I want to do now is export a clip to Quicktime.
When I do this however the filesize is incredibly huge and the movie is not watchable. When I view the clip in iMovie it looks great. When I export it and play it in Quicktime it looks distorted.
The footage was shot in normal 4:3 aspect ratio at 24p.
I'm new to this so could anyone tell me the way to do it? Is it necessary given the setup to compress the footage prior to export?
