problem with the pixelisation probably because of field order???

Hi
i have a problem with premiere.

It gives pixel like this

I have 2 computers (one of my computer creates the pixels like this and the other doesnt with the same settings)
i dont understand why.

It was recorded 1920x1080 non anamorphic (sony cx550v)

And i export :
29.97
field order : Superior
Aspect ratiop : square pixels 1.0
Profile : 4.1

Do you know what could be wrong ?

I found the answer.
I should have chose PROGRESSIVE. Why do you think it gives a problem on one computer and not on the other ? Thanks in advance
 
Problems with field order don't always show up if the image is scaled. Play it at exactly 100% and all the lines show, so if they're out of order you'll see it. Play it anything lower than 100%, and especially at 50%, and the scaling can sometimes fool you into not seeing the interlace problem.
