problem with my tripod :(

I bought this kit: http://www.evsonline.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=503351MVB2 except from B&H (sry Rush, tax is a killer )

anyway, it has a ball level and spirit bubble, but as I pan the bubble magically moves and I get more and more tilted.

I make sure to correct and make it level everytime I set up, but I can't pan without breaking the bubble, wtf?

Anyone know what I should do?

i have the same tripod. make sure the ball leveler below the head is tightened. sounds like that is your problem.
