Recently (two days ago), I bought a new Sachtler tripod system: FSB 6 + carbon fiber legs + bag.
I was very excited when I received my new tripod. But when I was setting up my gear, my happiness turned into concern. I realized that I couldn´t make tilt movements. I mean, my fluid head doesn´t reach the -70 to +90°; the specifications state the FSB 6 has to.
I don´t know what to do. I really don´t want to return it because I bought it in USA, but I live in Peru. So it is going to be very difficult and expensive to send it back (due to shipping ans taxes). Another way is to fix it here in my country, but I want to know if someone has had a similar problem.
