Problem with "Go to Out Point" (W)

Hi folks,

Not being an expert, or even experienced at editing, im having a problem with the go to out point button in premiere. Out of nowhere, now it sits one frame before the end of the line...and not after that last frame...

Dont know why, what i pressed to activate this, nothing...

Any clues?

I'm pretty sure that IS the out point. Try putting the needle one frame ahead, the program window will go black because you're actually one frame after the last frame of video. The needle always sits at the front of the frame you're viewing, it makes more sense at the beginning of the timeline.
