problem with DVD burn in DVD Studio Pro

When I try to burn my finished DVD, I get this message:

"GOP Structure Differs. Necessary Cell or Chapter Markers Missing"

I read that if you export your sequence as a self-containted .mov file and compress to mpeg-2 with that rather than straight from the FCP sequence, it may remedy the situation. but given the fact that it's a 2 hour video (compression time, etc.) i'd love to know if there may be something else that could solve this.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm dealing with such stuff right now though my project is a mere 7 min. I'm far from knowing the ins and outs but double check your settings as always. I cant be clear but there is a button/setting when you export to compressor for encoding that allows for edit/transition/markers to be included or excluded. If you're doing anything tricky with your dvd menu- multiple angles will be a problem if your dvd settings include an "open" GOP structure. Ya I'm offering chicken scratches and always -
