Problem removing video adapter from lens

Hi,

I Bought this used on Ebay:

Mint Nikon 35mm Micro-Nikkor 55mm lens 1:2.8 macro

"A mint Nikon Nikkor 35mm micro-nikkor 55mm lens with a adapter for video camera use which can be removed and mounted to a traditional 35mm Nikon manual focus with lens cover ..."

The problem stems from the fact that I do not know how to remove this ideo adapter. Does anyone know?

There should be a locking lens tab of some sort on the rim. Look for that and hold down, then twist off.
