i have a commercial that I am trying to export shot in 16:9 hd. but for some reason i have lost my preset settings and not able to get proper output. Either picture comes out compressed or you see widescreen bars.
Hi. Have you tried. Export using quicktime. Or have you tried Export using quicktime conversion and then selecting advance and choosing the correct settings?
