Problem capturing direct from HX200

Hello I am trying to use FCP 5.1 with my HVX200. I currently do not have any P2 cards so I am going straight from the camera to MacBook Pro via firewire. However whenever I open up Log and Capture it will not capture. The preview is there from the camera and I think I have everything set up correctly, but it will not do anything when I hit capture. It says "Device must be in VTR mode when Device Control is enabled". It also says "Not Threaded" below the preview window.

I have the HVX set to 720 / 24P and FCP's caputre settings as DVCPRO HD FireWire and 720p24.

Is there something I am doing wrong here? I can't figure it out.
