Pro Res 4-2-2 files?

I have a film that was transcoded to Pro Res 4-2-2. File is about 26 gigs.
What would I need to do to this file to be able to edit smoothly on my PC based Win 7 PP CS5?:undecided

I was under the impression that there was a Windows version of the Prores 'decoder' so one could transfer between Mac and PC in that format.

Since I don't work with Windows, it wasn't a big concern of my, but I recall someone claiming that...
