Its very varied on how close the lens can get an other factors.
I had a TLS 'Tern' (or Sparrow or something) that I researched quite hard. I think its the same casting as Genus. (Am I showing my age?)
It could do my 77mm front 18mm on s35 with a 4.4 filter with a rubber boot on the lens
An arri mattebox with arri glass and bits will have it all worked out and in the manual - but im not in that class.
