Pro HeavyDuty Video Tripod Fluid Drag Head Kits EI-9903

[TMY]

I've seen this brand of tripod kicking around Ebay. I was wondering if anyone had used this (or similar) tripod?

I contacted the seller and they said it was made in china, I've only seen them sold through this ebay seller. Scam?

It looks pretty decent, but for the price, I'd check out the Libec LS-38, or something similar. You can get a pretty good tripod from a well known company for that price.

I've seen them sell for about $350-$375 on actual auctions.
