Printing to miniDV tape

I need to print my short back to miniDV. I've done it before, using my camera as a deck, but I was just wondering if there were any settings or something I should adjust to get the highest quality.

The only thing I can think of to check would be the RT drop menu in the top left corner of the timeline. Make sure your playback quality and framerate are set to full. Though... as far as I know, your quality will automatically jump to the highest possible once you activate your external video playback mode.
