Print to video

I have pulled all my hair out trying figure this out, hopefully somebody can help. I have a project that was recorded and edited in 1080i 60 using an A1 and FCP. I need to print the project to tape, but it has to be SD. The good news is I transcoded my sequence successfully. The bad news is that when I print to video, only the audio is recorded. This seems like it would be an obvious setting that I am missing, but I can not figure it out.

Please help!
