Primera Bravo DVD Burner/Printers

[FONT=verdana,arial][SIZE=-1]After a couple years of misery using the XLNT Ideas Medley DVD printer/burner, we're considering getting a Primera Bravo unit.

We're hoping to talk to someone who has some experience with the Primera products.

Key factors:

1) Customer service. Are they in India? Is it toll free?

2) How functional (non-glitchy) is the software?

3) Consistent print quality. Do the inks need constant calibration?

4) The robot arm. Does it work consistently?

As you may have guessed, these were all problems with the Medley. Does anyone know someone with a Bravo product we can talk to? [/SIZE][/FONT]
 
I've had good success with the Bravo II, the software is good and works well for me at least. The key to the ink is you need to print something every month at least to keep it from drying up and then not working well at all. Otherwise you have to throw out the cartridges basically to get them to be consistent and working again.

The robot arm is fantastic, never had any issues, it's awesome!

I'm a little concerned that Primera doesn't seem to have a toll free customer service number.
