I need to quote a price for a "service donation" that I did last October.
I know the shoot will price for roughly in the $11,000/day range, but let me give details on what was done and ask what I should quote the amount of our service value at...
I attended 2 rehearsals prior to the concert.
I, and the theater stage crew flew a custom-designed grid of 5 large-diaphragm studio condenser mics on 100' of aircraft cable, across the theater, over the 4th row, center on the night before the concert.
An additional stereo recording system was installed in front of the balcony, using two more large diaphragm studio condenser mics.
Test footage and sound checks were done that Friday night.
On the night of the concert, I used one hired camera operator for stage right, plus myself handling sound recording and the reference camera in balcony.
We had one locked off camera trained on a mid closeup of the conductor.
Excerpts of the concert can be seen on the portfolio section of our web site, as a production value example:

This concert was shot in 1080P, edited in 1080P and downsampled to SD for DVD mastering.
7 tracks of audio (Dolby Surround + Stereo) were processed for the DVD, originally recorded at 24-bit, 96KHz.
A separate audio CD was produced from the concert, in addition to the DVD.
A window dub was provided to the orchestra, prior to finalizing the editing and final edit was made based on orchestra management input.
DVD and CD packaging was designed by our in-house graphics design department.
All encoding, motion menu design and DVD authoring and mastering was done in-house, using high-end tools.
Finally, low-volume duplication was done in-house, 60 copies of CD and DVD each.
I need to come up with a "customary and reasonable" estimate of what this would be billed at, were it paid project and not a service donation. I've spent close to a grand in out of pocket expenses in addition labor and equipment use, so we'd want to figure that into the final number.
I'm thinking somewhere in the $14-18K range, but need to confirm that I'm in the ballpark. The orchestra is going to give us a letter stating we donated services in that amount for tax purposes.
Any help zeroing in on the right dollar figure would be greatly appreciated. I can also provide any additional information, if I have left anything out.
