Preview File Problem

Does anyone know if Adobe fixed the issue of building preview files to the point that your NLE will no longer perform until deleted? Was this addressed in CS6 as I am considering upgrading from 5.5?

If you're talking about the bug where the project file size would grow out of proportion with the number of preview files generated, then yes, it's been corrected.
