Hello Everyone!
I wrote this article for Suite 101 about preparing a script idea for distribution. It's not the most amazingly profound article, but the point that I wanted to get across is to have people begin assessing their ideas in terms of distribution from very early development stages.
The points made in the article are not a "cure-all" remedy (as they would say in the old west) for distribution woes, but merely a jumping off point to help filmmakers assess their projects with less bias in order to create realistic distribution goals to get the most out of the projects.
