Premiere: Unable to export XML

I have been trying to export any footage edited in Premiere CS6 into an XML so I can colour correct it in Resolve.

It wont allow me, every time I click export as XML I get this message:
"Please check the FCP Translation Results report (saved next to the xml file) for possible issues encountered during translation"

I added some sample clips onto premiere and did some basic cuts and dissolves. no colour correction.
In the file next to the xml, this is some of the stuff that appears to be an 'issue'
If I add any effects into the video, other than basic cutting, I get errors. Im confused...

Translation issue:
Synthetic Item (Title 01) not translated, Slug used as a placeholder.
Translation issue:
Sequence <Demo Reel 2 > at 00:00:00:00, video track 1: Transition <Film Dissolve> not translated, Cross Dissolve used instead.
Translation issue:
Sequence <Demo Reel 2 > at 00:00:05:13, video track 1: Effect <Directional Blur> on Clip <A007_C008_1016M1_001.R3D> not translated.

Yes, this is totally normal. Final Cut XML files don't support all the proprietary Adobe transitions, titles and effects so they're not exported. You can still import it into DaVinci, you'll just not have those elements on your timeline (just a black clip with a red cross through it). Export your grade as clips and bring them back into Premiere and you can put those elements back in.
