Premiere Trouble with Essential Graphics panel

I'm working from a template that is in the Essential Graphics panel. I've already edited 10 of these into my timeline.

I need to do something that one would think is very simple, change the font and or thickness/boldness of the current one,
but I don't see an option to do so, on the edit tab all I'm offered are position and scale.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Ugh Matt, that's probably the reason. It is .mgrt

Darn, was hoping to be able to do it all in Premiere. The other annoying thing is if I want it to be a on screen for certain length, I have to cut and repeat the clip otherwise the rest of the animation occurs. I'm sure I can adjust it in AE but would be nice if they could make these adjustable in Premiere.
