Premiere shutting down

Does anybody know what this is?

I've been looking for the directory but it I don't know where to look. Its not in program files.

That looks like what's referred to as a run-time error. Can you perform the required steps to reproduce it consistently? If so, you'll probably need to file a bug report.

Try starting a new project, and import the old project into the new one to see if that'll fix it. Also try "remove unused" in the project panel.
