Premiere randomly exports bad audio?

When I export a file from premiere, sometimes I get these weird sound glitches.

This sound glitch was not in the original file or in the playback on the timeline. So I tried to export a small clip of the problem to upload as a sample for dvxuser, but it went away. Then I tried exporting the whole file again and it was still gone, then later when i tried to export again it came back. Does anyone know what is doing this? We review our videos many times before export and then spot check again after it is set to be delivered to client. I am afraid of missing something though and would like to find the root of this problem, so that it is prevented in the future.

Excuse the quality of the video, I had trouble cutting a small clip so I just took a video of my computer screen.

Ok. I did some more searching and think I found the answer.

There's a bug and it appears we have to disable the native premiere pro sequence import in ame preferences. I will try that out and see how it goes.

I did some tests and am still having intermittent problems. Looks like the best option is downgrading to the previous version. (7.1)

Be sure to delete your cache files and let PP rebuild them.
