Premiere question regarding mixing music and dialog

I just moved from FCP to Premiere and would like to know what is the best technique for mixing a music track with dialog and reducing the music track levels to the correct DB when dialog is spoken? Is there a plugin that can do this easily? Right now I'm manually reducing the levels up/down on the music track during spoken dialog and it's a pain to adjust everything if I move clips around etc. There has to be an easier way to do this?

Cheers.

Was there some sort of plugin FCP to do this? I recall only keyframing audio tracks to do this... at least with FC Express... but that was required for any tracks relative to the dialog track...

On the other hand audio work in general happens once the 'picture' has been locked, so that there aren't as many, if any, changes which would necessitate audio rework... an ideal which often is not achieved... but that's the ideal...
