Premiere Pro Luminance vs Saturation

Does anyone know a way to easily adjust saturation in certain areas of the image based on brightness? I know DaVinci Resolve has this option and it's fantastic but I don't have the time to roundtrip everything and was wondering if Premiere had such an option. Overall I just want to boost saturation in highlight and desaturate the shadows.

The Three-Way Color Corrector has an option to set the saturation based on the tonal range.
Select the tonal range using the 'Tonal Range' option and change the saturation in the 'Saturation' option.
