Title says it all. Is it possible to de-interlace a video that you have already finished or does it need to be de interlaced while being captured?

Thank you

The video is gone, but by you saying lines I'll assume it's interlacing. There are several places within Premiere to deinterlace. On the timeline itself, right click a clip, choose field options, then choose always deinterlace. When exporting, If you go to Export, Movie, then Settings, you can check the deinterlace box. And again in the Adobe media Encoder, there is a box you can check that will deinterlace footage.
