Premiere Pro CS3 Chapters&Titles

I am editing my short in CS3. When I put in the chapter points in PP 2.0 a thumbnail was also included and would be seen at start up of DVD. In CS3, there doesn't seem to be a thumnail. Is there a way to get the thumbnail to show at start up? The chapter point for Encore seems only to show the next clip location without the thumbnail.

I figured out the whole Encore crap. Since I didn't get a response, I don't see much point in asking questions here.
