Premiere Pro color shift on export window (not even export file!)

Hi everyone,
What's happening you can see below. There's a color shift happening on export that is applied to final image. I know some people have problems when viewing final file with QT but this is something dfiferent. Seems like either viewport in PP is showing wrong colors or PP is shifting color on export.

I've had great struggles with PPro color. -Even Alexa ProRes

Factors may include: camera format, timeline format, export format, specific Lumetri tools used or effects.
And dear god, avoid Lumetri curves
