Hello everyone. This is my first post with a problem I'm having. Sweet!
I recently bought Aspect HD (two weeks ago, so it's the latest version), obviously for converting the mxf files from the P2 to avi for use in my editing suite. I use Adobe Production Suite. My problem is this: I convert my video files using HDLink. The files don't loose audio in the conversion. Playback in Media Player, Adobe Audition, and After Effects all play back the audio streams. Premiere, however, does not. When the avi is imported into Premiere, the audio waveform is completely flat, so the audio is not imported with the video. Very strange.
To get around it on this last project I converted all the video files I needed to uncompressed avi from the cineform codec. No problem with those files. I don't want to have to go through that again.
Anyone else have a similar problem, or have any suggestions?
