I have Premiere pro 2.0 and after effects 7 and i would like to get the most out them. i know how to do the basics and im figuring things out on my own but I was wondering if any one new a good program or video that isnt going to cost me $200 like some ive seen for laying out the features of these programs and how to use them. Thanks.

For $50 you can get Videocopilot's Serious Effects and Compositing tutorial DVD for AE 7. It's pretty good and should show you a lot of the useful feature for AE.
