Premiere Pro 2.0 Changing original preset settings???

Ok you know how when you start premiere and they offer you a series of quality presets, if you want to change the settings after you have started editing how do you do so???

PLEASE I NEED THIS INFO ASAP!!!

You can't change a project's settings after it has been created. However, you can create a new project at the setting you want, and then import the original project into it. Open your sequence, and edit away.
