hey guys this is my first post. woo. this site is just awesome.

well. i'm using AE6 and just upgraded into Premiere Pro 1.5. the thing is i can't import .prproj files into AE6, at least it won't let me. I looked in the help of AE and it says it supports premiere pro .prproj files, but in the import dialog box there is only .ppj files support in the pull down menu. when i just pick my premiere pro file it just says it only supports older versions of premiere. must i upgrade to AE6.5? well, okay that isn't going to happen anytime soon. is there any remedy for this or am i shot? please help.

i'm DPing and editing a short this coming week and using a DVX100. RoXoR!

You have two choices: Upgrade to AE 6.5 or uninstall PremPro 1.5 and install 1.0. I was in the same situation, ended up upgrading both programs.

seriosly? dude, that sucks. it says it supports .prproj extensions though! isn't 1.5 the same extension?

RRAAAAAHHHHHH. so broke at the moment.
