Premiere/PC question.

I'm working an introduction to a television show. I'm a Premiere/PC user and the studio I volunteer at has Macs and FCP. They use FCP as the media player when putting graphics up on the screen such as opening credits, music, ect. I'd like to work on this stuff at home. How would I create something in Premiere that is readable in FCP? What would a simple file format be that could be exported from Premiere and able to be put on a timeline in FCP. (This is public access so their process is pretty limited and ridgid.)

Premiere can export Quicktime Animation, an excellent, FCP compatible codec which has quite a high data rate and produces big files. You might need something more efficient.

You can also export image sequences using TIFF and PNG (or any other image format that supports alpha channels). You can easily bring that into FCP.
