Premiere hanging on capture

Reinstalled PP2, reinstalled XP as suggested by the Adobe Forums people (What a total waste of time that was!), and still no luck. I have been using the HD100 from day 1, which is why I upgraded. It works in SD, but hangs in HDV.

Just got off the phone with Adobe support. They said "Sure! I'll be glad to help you, but we'll need to charge this to your Visa or MasterCard...". I said "After spending as much as I did for a legal version, I would rather spend the money and buy Vegas. *click*"
Why can't everyone have great customer service like Anton Bauer? Every time I have called, they answer the phone by the second ring, it is a real person, and they speak perfect English. Plus, they went out of their way to fix an out of warranty product- and even upgraded it- all for free.
