If I have a pre-existing video file (an AVI in this case) that is about 90 minutes long, can I get Premiere Elements to detect scenes? It will detect them if *IT* does the capture, but I can't find a way to get it to detect scenes when I bring in my older videos taken/captured last year.
It also appears there is no way to 'lock' a track. I have already accidentally bumped the music track around and out of sync with the video. I'm so used to Pinnacle Studio that I'm surprised these features are not here or I just haven't found them.
