Premiere Elements 4 And Vimeo

[SISUMAN]

This is a kind of 'pre-purchase' question. I have been using Premiere Pro CS3 since Nov. 07 and would still consider myself an editing novice. I'm have problems uploading my HD footage to VIMEO and they offer little tech help for my questions. I learned that Premiere Elements helps with uploads in the correct format to 'YOUTUBE' and other websites so my question to all of you is;
'Will Adobe Premiere Elements 4 correctly format my HD footage that it can be uploaded to VIMEO?' Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David

Hi David,

Premiere Elements 4 is a pretty nifty NLE for a lot of things, but the preparing and uploading and to remote webcasting of video is down on the list of hierarchy of praiseworthy achievements.

What sort of problems have you had? Have they involved encoding and compression or uploading?

If you're happy with the editing, you might want to consider getting TMPGEnc Xpress. It's a very nice encoding program with a lot of uses that does a good job.

If there are other problems, post your questions. Someone's bound to be able to help.

Thanks, but I still am looking for an answer to using Premiere Elements as an encoder for VIMEO. So, if anyone can give an answer 'on point' to the question I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks, anyway...
