Premiere CS4 timecode workaround

I recently did a two camera shoot for a wedding and Im now kicking myself for not syncing up the timecode (I usually shoot AVCHD, but shot P2 on a couple of HVX-200's for this). Is it possible to get the clips onto the timeline so that they were spaced out in "real time". The creation date of the clips is part of the P2 metadata. In other words, lets say clip 1 goes in at the very beginning of the timeline at 4 minutes long, shot at 1:32. Clip two, which I shot at 1:40, gets put into the timeline at the 8 minute mark. Minutes four through eight are black video, representing the four minutes between 1:36 and 1:40 where nothing was shot. I realize its not perfect because the time doesnt include frames, but it would at least make my life easier. Possible?

To complicate things even more... the timezones are different for the clips from each of the two cameras, thought the equivalent hours and minutes seem to line up exactly. Is there a way to batch edit the XML so that I can get the timezones the same?

Thanks

How many clips are you talking about? 50, 80? It shouldn't be that hard to manually drop everything onto the time line.

Assuming there is audio on both videos , then I'm sure you can visually see matches in the waveforms, and get things lined up frame-perfect.

It's closer to 500, but I figured the segments where I wanna use multi-cam is probably 100. Lining it up visually will be a pain, but looks like I have no choice. Also, when I sort by creation date in the project bin, Premiere seems to ignore the time zone. So even though 2:03 - 6:00 GMT & 8:05 + 0:00 GMT were shot at the same time, the software sorts it as one was 2:03 and the other is at the bottom at 8:05 (not 2:05 as it should be). I figured I can edit the XML to get them to match, but you can imagine how time consuming that will be for a few hundred clips. Can anyone think of an easier way?
