Premiere CS4 and preview files

Does anyone run into an issue where on the timeline, hit Enter to render the preview files but Premiere stops in the middle but put the "green" bar on top (that it was already rendered) but when playing it, it stops at a frozen frame?

I am not sure why but all of a sudden, I ran into this issue and sometimes, reboot Premiere would help but now on a certain timeline, I can't do anything to make it work... I only have "level" and "lighting" FX on it...

So frustrated. Any help or pointers would greatly be appreciated.

Hmmm... I have done research and read that when people have issues similar to this...

Try this:

Copy the entire timeline or sequence... make a new sequence and paste it onto there. If not, make a whole new project and paste it onto there. Then render and see if that works.
