so i was working in premo cs4 and I did something and it tells me it crashed and will try to save my project, now it didnt give me an option to save it it just an option for "ok" so I clicked it, it crashed and then I restarted. Now whats happening is that when I opened the file premiere saved, it stops at around 75% "loading" and doesnt start! I have to x it out and then restart premiere.. now what I did was go to one of the autosave (thank god for that) sections and it was like , name01-name02, etc.. and I was able to retrieve the file from the autosave 5 which was the last one anyway BUT when \I try to save it now under a different name it stops at the same "loading" spot and wont let me call it back up??
I also just now saved it to a different directory then I was saving it to (where the original one crashed) renamed it, "saved as" COPY and it still wont load back!!?? I have to keep going back to autosave05 to get to the file but if I work on it some more and save it ,it mostly will not come back up based on my tests..??!!?? WTF..
I hope I made sense as to whats happening.. so has anybody had anything like this happen and can ya tell em a way to fix it? I'm about to go back to CS3 cuz cs4 has been buggy..
