Premiere as a slate machine

Is there any way to have premiere read a txt file or pdf, or any outside document, and take that information and input it to the timeline so you wouldnt have to manualy input text on a live project that changed every few hours.
(IE the timeline is just being played and being output to a live tv as a full frame slate every hour, but the info changes every 3 hrs)

I think it might be possible with AE, but I wouldnt know how to write that kind of scrip either.

Any ideas, or is it just impossible to have an automatic input everytime you load the project.

To recap, I want to beable to open a project, it looks at list.txt or .html or .pdf doesnt matter
Takes the text of line 1, puts it into the first line of text in the project, then line 2 of the file gets placed on the second line of the project.

Click on "New"-"New Title" , copy/paste your text into it and throw it on the timeline.

If you need to change something, just doubleclick on the "Title Track" in the timeline and edit what you need.

Yes but that gets old, and theres alot of text to move around, it would be 1000% times better if it could automaticly load the text at any given time, and for some reason premiere likes to crash if you use copy and paste to much.

Yes there is. You can go to Adobe and download a copy of the SDK. Extend Premiere however you like. You can even develop your own plug-ins!
