Premiere and hard-drive

I´m re-instlling prepro 2.0.
I.m woncering how i should do this. Install Premiere in C (first hardrive - and use my other hard-drive for files (as i have done up until now) or install premeire in E (second hardrive) as so when i edit both program and videofiles are in same hard-drive.
Does it make any difference?

Yes it does. Install them to separate drives, as you did before.
