I am having issues with Premiere Adobe Encoder Export feature. Every time I compress and export the completed footage, the encoder seems to shift the images and clips of screen or off alignment to its original version. Does anybody know the cause of this re-alignment? Is it the compression? I have exported it with non compression and it is fine. I have used FCP's compressor and have never had issues like this...
