Premiere 7.1 update causes all effects to be listed twice...bug???

[Nicholas Natteau]

Just curious if anyone else has encountered this. I just updated this morning to Premiere Pro CC 7.1 and now my effects window in Premiere lists every effect twice:

Is this normal or is it a 7.1 bug???

My install didn't do this. Run the disk Utility to repair disk permissions then reboot.

Thanks so much Erik, you nailed it. Problem solved.
