Premier PRo PRoblem? Help Please

Hi. My brother gave me a couple of tapes from his vacation and i made a video for him on premiere, but when i try to put it on a dvd, using ulead or some other program, the picture becomes distorted whenever there is movement (like when the camera moves quickly left or right), but the rendered file i have from premiere is fine...ive tried different programs but none work. Im using a pc, so ne ideas?

Have you tried to burn the dvd using premiere???

Burn using media encoder or straight to DVD. If you see the images ok on premiere monitor, it will burn fine

How do i burn straight to dvd or burn using PREMIERE!!! ive never done it. Please help..thanks

This is a really simple task in Premiere.

File -> Export to DVD

Choose your encoding technique based upon the type of project and then click

Record
