Hi,
Using Premiere 2.0 here. Just built a new system with Pent. D 3.4ghz and 2gig of OCD DDR2 800 Ram on a Gigabyte GA965 mobo . At last, I have solved my problem with Audio Pops on projects with heavy effects, however now the timeline plays for about 8-10 mins and then stops and Premiere locks up. Does this sound like another RAM compatibility issue?? If I go into the BIOS and lower the RAM power to 533 mhz (instead of the 800 it's rated at) it seems to help, less lock ups. Anyone else seen this?? If i can't run the ram memory at 800 mhz, then why the heck did I buy it?? Perhaps there is a way around this but I dunno. Any Ideas anyone?
