Premier export to movie

Can anyone help please.

Using Premier Pro - using multiple audio tracks - it sounds okay previewing in Premier when I export to movie, i get bad crackling on the soundtrack.

It is fine with one audio track, I have tried exporting to different disks, I use teh C-drive and an external USB 2.

Any ideas, thanks

Have you taken a look at the mixer, if the multiple tracks are near peak levels the sum of the signal (master track) adds up to overload.
