During playback on my source or from my program window monitor. There will be these frame twitches/jerks where the footage seem to jump back a single frame and then continues on playing. It happens every 5-6 seconds. It does not effect the audio nor my exports from firewire or watever... PLays smoothly on TV!
any ideas?
